This hand built little tea/coffee cup is perfect for someone special in your life! 
Once the clay is leather hard, underglaze is added and then the pattern is scratched out, this is an Italian technique called sgraffito.
The pattern is retro, with the word love on the side.
Once the cup has been bisque fired, a transparent glaze is brushed over the surface and a red glaze is brushed on the inside.
The cup is fired to 1210 degrees Celsius and will therefore be dishwasher safe.
A totally unique piece.
